*Early bird specials are valid for attendees only. To receive your free hotel nights, you must book your own room under our block of rooms. The free hotel nights are only valid at Bally's in Las Vegas during the week of the conference: Sunday, November 7, 2010 - Thursday, November 11, 2010. Free hotel nights are also based on room block availability, so please book your room as soon as possible. The cut-off date to make your reservations with the hotel under our block of rooms is October 1st. FLIR Systems will then coordinate with the hotel on what nights FLIR will be paying for based on the attendee's early bird special. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Not valid for Presenters, Exhibitors or Sponsors. Attendee cancellations received before May 31, 2010 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received by August 1, 2010 will be charged a $250 administration fee. Any cancellations received after August 1, 2010 will not be eligible for any refund. |
